While you retain ownership of your Marketing Content, you grant YIA a broad license to use, adapt, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Services effectively.

Additionally, we may analyze and use your Marketing Content to enhance our Services’ functionality and detect any issues. Rest assured, we won’t disclose Contact Data to third parties except in the following cases:

• To service providers helping us deliver our Services.
• During corporate events like mergers or asset sales.
• To comply with legal obligations, such as subpoenas or governmental orders.

Pro Tip: We also comply with international data protection laws. If one of your Contacts requests not to receive messages, they’ll be added to a Global Exclusion List to honor their preference.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Services, you must act responsibly. Here’s what not to do to stay within the rules:

• Engage in harassing, threatening, or predatory behavior.
• Impersonate another person or falsely affiliate yourself with YIA or anyone else.
• Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
• Overload or disrupt the functionality of our Services.
• Reverse-engineer or bypass security measures.
• Share or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

5.2 Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws, including those governing privacy, consumer protection, and electronic communication. For example, always obtain proper consent before uploading any Contact Data or sending marketing messages.

Failure to adhere to these regulations could lead to the restriction or termination of your access to our Services. Note that you are entirely responsible for determining whether our platform aligns with all regulatory obligations for your specific business.
