The Innovation Advantage (R) is an educational philosophy, pedagogical resources, and teaching practices to equip children with the mindsets, attitudes, knowledge, and skills to empower learners to take ownership of their learning and become agents of change.
We help young children gain mastery of core subjects like math and language while also developing the skills, mindsets, and habits of lifelong learning. Our teachers encourage risk-taking, a growth mindset, collaboration, empathy, and social-emotional skills.
Our students enter the traditional school system with the ability to think for themselves, solve problems, create solutions, treat themselves and others with kindness, and develop the confidence it takes to make the world a better place.
Research Based Curriculum
New research on how the brain works and children learn points out that learners must not only develop what they know, nut also the skills, mindsets, attitudes and values that will help become confident life-long learners.
Young Innovators have fun, discover, explore, create, fail, brainstorm, stretch, reach, succeed, tinker, design, work hard, and play hard.
In our classrooms, teachers deliver dynamic lessons to the whole class, and children work in small groups or one-on-one, creating a culture of a community of learners.
