Ashley Durski joined Young Innovators as a teacher several years ago. With her passion for early childhood education and commitment to creating positive learning experiences for children, she quickly became a valuable asset to our team.
As Ashley excelled in her role as a preschool teacher, we recognized her potential and selected her for our administrative track program. This program is designed to provide teachers with opportunities to develop skills in operations, management, and leadership.
Through this program, Ashley received training in budgeting, staff development, and parent communication. She also had the chance to work closely with our current administrators and gain hands-on experience in school operations.
As she continued to excel, Ashley was promoted to the role of Assistant Administrator and eventually became our School Administrator. Her dedication, hard work, and passion for early childhood education have been instrumental in the success of our school.
We are proud to have Ashley as a part of our team and we know that her journey from preschool teacher to administrator will inspire other teachers to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals within our organization.
Ashley’s success story is just one example of the growth opportunities available for teachers at Young Innovators. We believe in investing in our employees and providing them with the support, training, and resources they need to reach their full potential.
